About the role
This role assists the Events and Engagement Manager with the planning, administration and coordination of the UTS Social Events and Orientation Programs, including promotion and marketing; of events such as O’Day, Summerfest, Clubs Day, Winterfest, Time Out Day and weekly bar events.

About you
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in events or customer service experience or currently be studying events management. You would also have strong administration skills with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills; good understanding of the youth market and cultural diversity. Experience in AV set up and problem solving skills is desirable.
