About the role
Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations, the Area Catering Manager is responsible for the smooth operations, effective management and presentation of catering areas within Towers café and Bites. Managing staffing and operations to achieve financial targets whilst ensuring high levels of customer service the highest standard of hygiene.

About you
The successful candidate will have prior experience in the hospitality industry including supervision and rostering of staff, good knowledge of stock and cash control, OH&S legislation, costing, budgets and customer service. Strong communication, the ability to remain calm in high pressure environment, and staff management is essential to this role. Experience in marketing and promotions for sales growth is an advantage.
