About the role
Working closely with the Retail Manager, this position will be responsible for opening and closing the store, store presentation, inventory, customer service, invoicing and cash handling, and POS system maintenance. Working as 2IC to the Retail Manager, you will also be responsible for overseeing casual sales floor team, and work on key events such as the graduation program and promotional set-ups. The role delivers great work/life balance, with no weekends, no extended trade, and flexible hours out of semester (including school holidays).

About you
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a retail environment, a flair for visual merchandising, experience in stock control and presentation, and great communications skills. Strong customer service skills and the ability to show initiative and work with minimal supervision is essential.
